Hyper Bee
The Hyper Bee just got a complete ground-up rebuild — and the numbers speak for themselves. The old 5kW motor is gone, replaced by an 8kW longitudinal unit putting 136 ft-lbs through a new high-strength gearbox. 0–31 mph in 2.59 seconds. Three ride modes, a three-stage throttle curve, and an MTPA/MTPV controller that makes the power delivery feel surgical. The whole thing weighs 85.98 lbs. Read that again.
Everything else has been torn up and rebuilt too. A 58V 22Ah battery with 26105 cells and IP67 waterproofing swaps in seconds via a new magnetic charging port — 20 to 80% in two hours flat. The suspension now runs fully adjustable 1.38in inverted forks with 6.7in of travel up front and a tuneable air-sprung shock delivering 7.3in at the rear. Forged dual-piston hydraulic brakes with 7.09in front and 6.3in rear discs do the stopping. Then there’s the stuff nobody expected — Surron Anti-Wheelie Control (SAWC), T-box app connectivity for remote monitoring and tuning, and a Bluetooth remote with one-touch emergency kill. Same name. Completely different animal.
