Built around a 59 kg kerb-weight platform with a compact, centralised centre of gravity, the Light Bee X 10kW MY26 remains agile, stable and easy to control. The forged aluminium alloy chassis balances low weight with the rigidity needed for confident off-road riding.

The Light Bee X 10kW MY26 combines a 10kW high-performance mid-drive motor with Sur-Ron’s self-developed MTPA/MTPV FOC controller. Continuous real-time adjustment keeps throttle response smooth and predictable while delivering stronger acceleration across demanding terrain.
High-Performance Mid-Drive Motor
The 10kW mid-drive motor delivers 295 N·m of wheel torque. Peak power increases from 8kW on the MY25 model to 10kW for MY26, providing stronger acceleration without sacrificing controllability.
FOC Intelligent Controller
The self-developed MTPA/MTPV FOC controller makes thousands of adjustments every second, precisely matching throttle input to motor output for smooth, predictable power delivery.
72V 35Ah Lithium Battery
The 72V 35Ah lithium battery provides 2.5 kWh of energy capacity, with intelligent battery management, IP67 sealing and 50G impact resistance supporting dependable performance and durability.
Suspension Tuned for Control
The Light Bee X 10kW MY26 combines a 200 mm travel front fork with the fully adjustable Intersect TR rear suspension system, helping the bike maintain traction, stability and control across rough and uneven terrain.
Intersect TR Rear Suspension
The Intersect TR multi-link rear suspension system works with a fully adjustable reservoir shock and high-strength alloy spring. Its damping is tuned specifically for the Light Bee platform, helping maintain consistent traction and predictable control.
200 mm Front Fork Travel
The front fork provides 200 mm of effective travel, helping absorb heavy impacts while maintaining smooth compression and rebound. Reinforced mounting points and improved sealing provide additional durability and protection against dust and debris.
All-New Wheelie Control
The new two-level Sur-Ron Wheelie Control system helps riders manage front-wheel lift with greater consistency and confidence. Settings can be adjusted through the Sur-Ron app, allowing the response to be matched to rider ability and conditions.
Learning Mode (L1) provides more accessible assistance, while Advanced Mode (L2) offers greater control for experienced riders when the required operating conditions are met.
Braking Built for Control
The Light Bee X 10kW MY26 uses integrated forged opposed four-piston brakes to deliver strong, stable and predictable braking performance. An emergency brake flash automatically warns following riders during heavy braking.
